Today Samsung Electronics announced that it has been named as the most reputable technology company in the United Sates. This honor has been bestowed upon Samsung by the Reputation Institute as its RepTrakR100 study has recognized Samsung as the leader in corporate reputation that’s defined by criteria that includes innovation, services excellence, social responsibility and citizenship as well as developing a great workplace environment that many companies don’t.
The Reputation Institute’s RepTrakR100 model is a well know method for reputation measurement. This is because it provides one of a kind measurement of how the public views some of the world’s most famous companies. In order to reach a conclusion the study examines perceptions of more than 50,000 people in the United States while the RepTrakR database also examines some 15 stakeholder groups in over 25 industries and more than 50 countries for over 7000 companies.
