In the capacity of a technology writer, I have full confidence in myself. The latest gizmos and gadgets are things with which I am familiar. And although I may not be an expert, I have the skills and know-how needed to traverse the jungle that is science and technology. As humanity approaches singularity, the technological meltdown which is most likely to occur may have any and all sorts of consequences from the good to the bad all the way to the downright ugly. As a writer it is my job to keep the reader well-informed regarding the latest developments in the leading edge industries. It is my sincere hope that humanity and technology meet in harmony one day and that the latter benefits the former.
