The galaxy s7 is generating rumours that could only be surpassed by the iPhone and the super phone’s latest secret to leak out is that it could house an ultra-sharp 4k display with a super powerful gpu that could rival the graphics of a mid-range computer.
While Sony is the first OEM android manufacturer to fit their phone with a 4k display, Samsung is rumoured to have a beefed up a variant of the galaxy s7 that will have the exynos 8890 Soc and 4 GB of ram similar to the note 5. The display will be a super AMOLED display with a true 4k resolution of 4096 x 2160. Weibo social site revealed that Samsung is making changes to the internals to drive all that pixels to create a mesmerizing visual experience and this variant could come in a 5.8-inch curved version.
AT&T already testing both Galaxy S7 variants (SM-G930A and -G935A), adding weight to rumors of an early- to mid-1Q16 release.

Samsung has also introduced the 12 GB LPDDR ram that can give a phone the ability to have a total ram of 6 GB. I wonder if Samsung will put that much RAM in the premium version of the s7. The camera is also set to go under the knife as Samsung want to fit the phone with the same 23 MP camera that is in the Sony xperia z5. this is currently the world’s best mobile camera capable of 4k video recording with perfect quality.
At&t has recently revealed that the galaxy s7 will release a little earlier than its previous release window.
