In a recent tweet by Samsung Support USA, Verizon Wireless has been cleared as not being a part of Samsung Pay.

Samsung Pay is basically Samsung’s new mobile payment service that is all set to be launched in South Korea from the 20th of August and in the USA from the 28th of September.

Samsung in its Unpacked event on Thursday revealed that the company will be teaming up with numerous major brands such as Visa, Master Card, Bank of America and many others and Verizon Wireless not being a part of Samsung Pay surprises us.

Now according to Samsung official website the South Korean company will work with other US based carriers such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint and US Cellular.

Plus the newly launched Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 Edge+ will arrive with Samsung Pay right out of the box.

As a Verizon user, I find unacceptable to not have a clear direction on the Samsung Pay and even worst have bogus or none feedback from Verizon corporate..

I find myself telling people to go to other carriers if they want Samsung Pay or a customer oriented company that responds to their customers questions/concerns.

If Verizon doesn’t support Samsung Pay I may have to leave Verizon because some things in this company corporate area attitude are very deficient..
