according to a tweet from Samsung Mobile UK revealed that the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo is going to get an update to Android 5.0 Lollipop.

Well the sad part is that no one knows the timing of this update. However the good part is that the one with this device are finally going to get a fresher version of Android than the current build that it is running.

The update is said to include the Material Design which is found on Android 5.0 and also the 64 bit ART compiler that will make the apps open faster.

This new build will also include the revamped ‘Recent Apps’ menu along with the Lock Screen notifications, Project Volta for improved battery life and two finger Quick Settings slide down.

The Galaxy Note 3 Neo has a 5.5 inch 720 x 1280 resolution screen and it is powered by a hexa-core Exynos CPU which runs at a speed of 1.7GHz.

There is a 2GB of RAM inside and comes along with 16GB of internal storage which can be expanded by adding a microSD card. The device also has an 8 megapixel rear camera and a 2 megapixel front facing snapper.
