Recently i was playing a game on my new note 5 and suddenly the screen froze freezing my heart. I thought I was served with a faulty unit but it turned out to be a software glitch. Follow the following steps to cure your note 5 of frozen screen glitch.
- Turn off your note 5
- When it switches off, press the power button, volume up and home button simultaneously until the android logo appears.
- When the recovery menu shows up, use the volume buttons to navigate to the “wipe cache partition” option and press the power button to select it.
- Then restart the system to make the glitch disappear
