The app that wanted to connect all devices is dead. Samsung surprisingly pulled the plug on Samsung Link without any notice and it is shut down for good. However, there is no need for concerns because all of the saved content is still there and nothing is deleted.
If you are not familiar with Samsung Link, or previously known ass AllSharePlay, was used to connect different devices and storages in one place. To some levels, it made sharing multimedia and documents between logged devices easy, as well as remote accessing them and even connecting TVs for streaming content.
According to Samsung, the Link app is no longer active because of some operations policy. There was no other word on this matter.
All files are still saved and available on every device and in the cloud storages. Right now, nobody is losing precious data, but you should probably download your files just to be safe.
