The speciality of this service is that it will get you in contact with authorized expert personnel who will assist you in solving the problem at hand. But this hotline service is not available 24/7. The working days are Monday to Friday and from 9:00am to 11:59pm.
Some of the users who have used the S Service are reporting that this service is indeed useful in solving the problem for people who do not have the time to visit a support centre.
All you have to do is install the application on a windows computer. Sign in and mention the problem, device and your name. Samsung will put you in a queue and some service personnel will soon be available who will assist you in solving the problem. This is a chat based application.

Because it is a chat-based service that operates over your computer, you don’t have to worry about background noise, so you can use it at home, in a café, or anywhere with web access.”
