Sprint Galaxy S5 users should be very happy to know that Samsung is already testing Android Lollipop update right now. A leaked ROM of the Galaxy S5 for Sprint users surfaced on the XDA developer forum. This is not any custom ROM, but official test software from Samsung.

We know for sure that Samsung is working hard to make consumers happy again, be it bringing in better design or providing better after sale support. It did not have the reputation of providing latest updates to already sold devices though. But things are changing now in a better direction after the big financial problems in Samsung.

The leaked ROM is quite functional and you can do stuff like making a call or sending text messages. But still this is test software and things are going to improve for sure.

If you feel like installing this Android Lollipop build download it from XDA. But keep in mind that this will wipe your whole phone. So backup everything before flashing or you will lose all you have stored.
