In this regard, Samsung has appointed Marc Mathieu to supervise all of their marketing operations in North America. Marc Mathieu will be supervising advertisement campaigns for all of the Samsung’s products in North America, including Home Appliances, Televisions, and Mobile Devices. Marc Mathieu served as the senior vice president of global marketing at Unilever industries. Formerly, he was also the senior vice president of global marketing at Coca-Cola.
Samsung also nominated Jesse Coulter as Chief Creative Officer for the North America region, which is a newly created post. Jesse Coulter will be managing all the creative advertisement campaigns for Samsung.
Coulter had been holding the post of co-chief creative officer for Creative Artists Agency. He also led a number of outstanding advertisement campaigns. Jesse Coulter will report to Marc Mathieu for any progress he makes on the marketing campaigns.
These appointments took affect after the resignation of Todd Pendleton, who was the chief marketing officer of the marketing operations in the US. Pendleton was a very capable and creative marketer. He was the one behind the Galaxy S3’s “Next Big Thing” campaign.
