As we are getting closer and closer to the announcement of the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge, the leaks around the internet, regarding the Galaxy S6 are increasing every hour.
We have witnessed the leaked pictures, and specifications, of the Galaxy S6 previously. And now, a developer over at the XDA Developers’ forum has released Samsung’s signature apps which are from the new Galaxy S6, probably.
These apps are most probably from the new Galaxy S6 as they have a different user interface than their previous versions, included in previous smartphones. The apps that have been leaked are as following.
• Optical Reader for scanning bar codes, and QR codes, etc.
• Kids Mode to make the device usable for kids.
• Gear Manager to manage and sync with your Gear Smartwatch.
• Geo News to update you about any emergency situations and any natural disasters, which could occur in your vicinity.
• S6 Gear Fit
• S6 Smart Remote
• S6 Smart Switch
• S Note App
These apps can be clearly seen to feature the basic material design of the TouchWiz 4, and the influence of Android Lollipop in them. The apps seem to have adopted a lot of animations and colour schemes from Android Lollipop.
These applications are working, and have been tested on the Galaxy S4. You can try out these apps yourself by heading on to the XDA forum, as you might have some luck running these apps on your smartphone.
