Samsung E-Series of smartphones will be the company’s new range of smartphones for low-end market. The first phone in this series will be the Samsung E500, new leak suggests.
Samsung is trying to streamline its smartphone offerings. Recently the company announced the Samsung A series smartphone with all-metal frames. Samsung is also trying to make a clear distinction between the premium Galaxy S and Note series from other mid-segment and budget smartphones.
A new user-agent profile posted on Samsung’s official website suggests that the company is working on a new phone with model number E500. The phone will have a 5-inch screen with 720p resolution and 1.2 GHz processor. No other specific information known at this moment about this mysterious device. We assume that the processor will be a Snapdragon 400 processor, which is Qualcomm’s entry-level mobile processor.
