Latest leaks suggest Samsung is actively working on a premium Galaxy S5 with metal body with model name Galaxy F (Galaxy S5 Prime). PhoneArena published some leaked images of the alleged device with side-by-side comparison with Galaxy S5.
We are definitely pleased with the device form factor with smaller bezel and slightly bigger screen than Galaxy S5. Also there are rumors that like original Galaxy S5, Samsung will add dust and water-proof to Galaxy F.
Specs wise Galaxy F (Galaxy S5 Prime) will pack a 5.3-inch, QHD (1440 x 2560 pixels) display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 quad-core chip, 3GB of RAM, and a 16-megapixel shooter with Optical Image Stabilization.
There are reports which suggest Samsung is going to release the phone sometime in September.
