Tizen, which is Samsung’s personally developed OS for its smart devices, has been introduced on different occasions and most of the time, it has failed. The last year, Samsung tried to replace the OS on its smart printer series with Tizen.
As we all know, Tizen is developed by Samsung which means that this OS is quite boring like the TouchWiz interface by Samsung for its Android phones. The most recent addition to Tizen group was the Samsung Z1 which was released in India where it failed to impress the consumer.
In the same way last year, Samsung introduced its Tizen powered printers in Australia and they failed, so Samsung Australia this year has released 8 different smart printer models. These printer series is named as Smart MultiXpress series. These printers are standalone devices and require no link to any type of computer to perform all their printing. These printer will surely be great addition to the smart office experience that businesses nowadays prefer.
