There were rumors that Samsung was going to make a smart watch. Now Samsung has released a Software Development Kit for its new smartwatch. The new smartwatch is going to have a round watch face.
There are also rumors that the company will release a Galaxy Gear device to come in competition with the Apple Watch.
Samsung is opening the SDK to the developers so that many apps for the watch are available. They will also be opening an app bank for their smartwatch.
Apple recently started the app bank for their Apple watch. Around 3000 apps were present in the store before the launch.
If the developers want to get their hands on the SDK, they will need to sign up with Samsung. The company is still to announce the launch date for its latest Samsung Galaxy smartwatch.
