Samsung released yet another budget smartphone with not so heavy-weight specification. From the specifications it looks like the phone will only be released in budget-phone friendly markets.
Galaxy Start 2 features 1GHz single core processor of unspecified make (with an unknown amount of RAM), 2-megapixel camera, 3.5-inch HVGA display and a 1300mAh battery. Some how Samsung managed to put Android KitKat on this phone which is a good thing but the performance of the phone need to be checked. There is also a user-friendly TouchWiz Essence interface.
Galaxy Star 2 will be available in white and black color options. The phone will be priced around Rs. 5000 which is under $100.
