In case you forgot about the new smartwatch, it comes in two variants that will be released at the same time. The Frontier Edition is a rugged and durable smartwatch for everyday use. If you are a more stylish person you can get the Classic model.
Both are IP68 rated for water and dust resistance, have integrated GPS, all biometric sensors, altimeter, barometer speedometer, pedometer and gyroscope. Their batteries last up to 4 days on a single charge and can be used with Samsung Pay.
Unfortunately, if you want the fast LTE connectivity, you will have to get the Frontier model because Samsung doesn’t intend the Classic model with those cellular internals.
It is too early to say the price, but for sure it will be $300 or more. We will have to get closer to launch to see the exact number.
