Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 NOOK 10.1 is the latest Barnes & Noble customized Samsung tablet. The new tab provides the functionalities of a tablet and the reader at the same time.

Before this Barnes & Noble released another Samsung branded 7 inch tablet earlier this year. So now you have the possibilities to choose from two different tabs if you want custom Barnes & Noble features.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 NOOK 10.1 Specification

Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 NOOK 10.1 carries the same hardware as the normal Galaxy Tab 4 10.1. It has a 10.1 inch display running at 1280×800 and a 1.2GHz quadcore processor coupled with 1.5GB RAM. It also has a 3 megapixel rear camera and a 1.3 megapixel front camera for video chatting. The tablet memory can be expanded up to 64GB using microSD cards.

The software on this tablet is customized to give the look and feel of Barnes & Noble taste. Also Samsung added many software tweaks which you will find in other Samsung tablets.

Barnes & Noble is going to sell this new tab for $299 at the time of launch and you will get an additional $200 worth of free stuffs with it. Though the price of the tab will increase after this month. It will cost $349 staring from November 1st.
