Galaxy Note 3 Starts Getting Android 5.0 Lollipop Update in India

Samsung has finally started to roll out Android 5.0 Lollipop OTA update for the Galaxy Note 3 devices in India. The update is said to be rolling out with build number N900XXUEBOB2. Moreover the Lollipop update for Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (SM-900) can also be downloaded through Samsung Kies software.

This feature also features the updates firmware for download. The users of Galaxy Note 3 on T-Mobile have already started to receive the Android 5.0 Lollipop update.

Apart from this the official support FAQ page of Samsung for the US carrier listed the update build number N900TUVUFOB5 along with noting that two issues have been fixed.

These issues relate to the the Wi-Fi calling one way audio and IPv6 email setup. Plus last month it had been reported that the Android 5.0 Lollipop update for the Qualcomm Snapdragon variant of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 with the model number SM-N9005 is rolling out to users on major carriers. This update was available in Austria, Hungary, Poland, Germany, UK and Switzerland.

Apart from this Samsung Poland has also confirmed an Android 5.0 Lollipop update is being planned for the Galaxy Note II as well. Well people in South Korea and Poland have started to receive Android 5.0 Lollipop update for the Galaxy Note 4 as well.

The update in South Korea was reported to be based on Android 5.0.0 Lollipop with the build number N910SKSU1BOB4. The update is available for the Galaxy Note 4 users on SK Telecom.
