Recently we got the specifications of the Galaxy S8 Plus revealed, and now the specs for the Galaxy S8 are also revealed. The specs look very similar to the Galaxy S8 Plus. It will feature a 5.8-inch display and having a Quad HD+ Super AMOLED display. From the memory, it will have a 4GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage. From the image shown above, we also see that there will be a slot for the MicroSD card that can support 256GB of additional storage. For the processor, it is most possibly to have a Snapdragon 835, but it’s not yet confirmed.

For the cameras, the front facing one will feature 8-megapixel, while the rear facing camera 12-megapixel. The device will also be water and dust resistant, with a rate at IP68. It will be having an Iris Scanner as well. The wireless charging is still keeping it a thing, making them one of the few companies that put the wireless charging. The standard Samsung features like Knox and Samsung Pay are still available for this device.

According to the leaks that were provided through the past weeks, many of them seem to be true. It seems out that the device will indeed have a 18:9 aspect ratio display which puts a Quad HD resolution. The device will not be announced at MWC in Barcelona, but it will take place not that far off. In a previous report from Samsung, they announced that the release for the Galaxy S8 will be on April 21st.
