With the iPhone hype dying down, the next superphone to drive the industry forward is the galaxy S7. numerous leaks provide insightful information about the galaxy S7 which is still in the developing stage. The latest concept images show the design body hints of the S7.
The edge variant of the galaxy S7 will have a full wrap around display. The best part is that the display will now wraparound the top and bottom instead of the left and right side. This might be pointing out that Samsung might make a separate display bar for notification and the bottom can act as a ticker feed for all your Facebook and podcast updates. Samsung has also applied for these appropriate patents and is likely to include such as display in the galaxy S7 phone.
This design is a major take off from the usual Samsung body scheming that has been far too familiar since the days of the original galaxy s phone. This designing has allowed Samsung to remove the buttons on the top and ports at the bottom. The volume and power keys are now on the side where they can be comfortably accessed.
Other rumours suggest that, apart from the major departing from the design language, Samsung is incorporating a 3d touch like feature in to the galaxy S7 called as clearforce. This will enable the phone to have the third kind of touch that is similar to iphone’s third touch. Another rumour indicate that the phone will also feature a USB-type c port that is the connection standard of the future phones.
The newest nexus phone also makes use of the USB type c that can transfer the data at blazing fast speed compared to the micro-USB standard and they can also transfer the power that can recharge the battery. You can also use this port for display needs if the phone manufactured allows it.
Stay tuned for more galaxy S7 updates.
