Samsung is the company that is known all over the world due to its widest range of smartphones that cater to needs of customers from all levels of society. Samsung has been known for producing some of the world’s best selling phones in the last few years.
Last year, 2014 wasn’t so good for Samsung. Samsung had to face quite some losses as its smartphone sales fell and in return, it lost it’s market share to its biggest rival Apple. 2014 was a year of dismay for Samsung and everyone knows this.
USA is one of the biggest markets for Samsung’s High-end phones. Americans have loved Samsung’s High-end phones like the Galaxy S3, Galaxy S4, Note 2, Note 3, and Note 4. But one of the most recent phones, Galaxy S5, was not able to impress the Americans as its predecessors which caused a downfall for Samsung’s sales. Everyone wondered the reason behind this sudden downfall.
As we know, Samsung is situated in Korea which is half the world apart from USA. To cater to the needs on American market, Samsung needs feedback from its offices situated in the USA. It seems last year, Samsung USA offices were not able to communicate with the parent company in Korea which caused the downfall from which Samsung is trying to pull itself out.
