Many of you would remember that two years ago Samsung had started to advertise Blackberry Messenger on Galaxy devices and since then its partnership with Blackberry has been increasing.

We have seen that the South Korean giant is eager to increase its presence in the enterprise market and has already made the Blackberry enterprise services such as SecuSUITE and WorkLife compatible with the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge.

Even last year Samsung had worked along with Blackberry in order to provide end-to-end security for its Android devices.

There were even rumors that Samsung was thinking about acquiring Blackberry for $7.5 billion but Samsung had denied any such developments and rather stated that it was interested in extending their partnership with Blackberry.

Now there is an all new rumor that Samsung and Blackberry are working together to release a new smartphone.

Now according to Eldar Murtazin’s tweet who is a renowned analyst it seems that there is a possibility of Samsung and Blackberry working together to release a new smartphone which will be based on Android Lollipop with Blackberry services built in it. Moreover this smartphone is said to be released later this year.

If this rumor turns out to be true the new smartphone could actually be quite a huge success.
