In the past we have seen Samsung working on prototypes of flexible and foldable displays and even two fine Samsung phone models with curved displays which are the Galaxy Note Edge and Galaxy S6 Edge.
Recently there were rumors that the South Korean giant had been working on foldable devices which could even be able to switch from mini tablets to much larger counterparts with just a flip. Now these rumors have been confirmed by some patent leaks showing illustrations of these foldable devices.
Even though we have seen the patents it will take quite some time before these devices are ready for mass production. Moreover it looks as if Samsung has more than one design patent of such a device.
The new device looks like a Galaxy Note Edge with a slant on the right side of its display. Apart from this the device which seems to be a tablet can unfold in three sheets that form one large screen.
