Samsung is almost ready to deploy 64bit Exynos chipset on some of its future mobile devices accruing to reports from a Korean daily. The report further stressed that Samsung is going to use these processors with eight cores in some o the future tablets running at a decent clock speed. The new 64-bit chip will run on four ARM Cortex-A57 CPU cores and four Cortex-A53 cores for high performance as well as efficiency.
This seems like these processors can able to run all eight cores at the same time similar to the high-end Exynos processors Samsung announced recently.
Samsung joined the 64-bit processor war recently after Apple announced Apple iPhone 5S with 64 bit processor. Apple iOS 7 now support 64 bit processing also. Hope Google will bring a 64 bit Android soon to support these futuristic processors from Samsung.
