Galaxy Note 5 Rumor

A new rumor suggests that Samsung Galaxy Note 5 will have an even bigger screen than the present Galaxy Note 4. Also the screen will be of 4K resolution.

Galaxy Note 4 has a 5.7 inch Quad HD Super AMOLED 2K screen which is more than enough for all smartphone activities. But Samsung is known for putting the best specification on its flagship devices. So Galaxy Note 5 may get a bigger 5.9 inch screen with 4K resolution.

If the rumor is correct, then the pixel density of Note 5 will be way above 700 ppi. Though this is not impossible to have such high pixel density on screen, but I wonder what is the need. But again, it is Samsung’s marketing strategy. They want their flagships to stand out of the highly populated Android crowd.

If Samsung is seriously thinking of Galaxy Note 5 with this kind of specification, then it will be interesting to see how Samsung will solve the power consumption need by such a vibrant screen.
