Last year, Google introduced its latest update to their operating system for the mobiles named as Android 5.0 Lollipop. The first phones to get updated to the latest Android OS were the flagship phones from the leading smartphone makers. This upgrade was quite great and the consumers loved it.
As we all know, Samsung is a bit slow in introducing upgrades to its users. For the last few years, Samsung smartphone users were mostly left out of the picture because Samsung isn’t good at supplying after sales benefits.
Well this time, when all companies started rolling out Android Lollipop upgrades, Samsung users were hoping to be left astray by Samsung. But amazingly this time, Samsung started rolling out Lollipop upgrades for its flagships. The first phones to get this update were the Galaxy S5 and after that, the Galaxy Note 3 and Note 4.
Well along with these phones, another variant of Galaxy Note came out named the Galaxy Note Edge which had a curved surface. This phone was supposed to be left out due to the small number of them being produced. Well luckily, Samsung just gave the Note Edge users the gift of Android Lollipop 5.0. The update is rolling out slowly now and you will be getting it soon if you own a Note Edge.
