In the last one month or so, Samsung has been rewarding many of its smartphone users with a special treat - a treat they have been waiting for a long time. The treat that would add them to the club of people that are most up-to-date in the mobile world. The treat of the latest version of mobile operating system from Google, the Android 5.0 Lollipop

When the latest version came out, it was expected that the latest mobiles in the market will be the first ones to get this update. In case of Samsung, this latest mobile was Samsung’s flagship phone from the last year - the Galaxy S5. The phone, which being great, was sort of a flop from Samsung.

That could be the reason its updates are coming a bit late. Earlier last month, two of the biggest American carriers Verizon and Sprint gave out Lollipop update for Galaxy S5.

Following their steps now, the next big courier T-Mobile is giving out the Android Lollipop update for Galaxy S5. The update is rolling out a bit slowly. So to check if an update is available for you, go to SETTINGS and check for an update manually in About Phone menu.
