Galaxy S6 Plus, the iPhone 6 Plus Killer Rumored to Be Coming Soon

Samsung will soon release a new version of Galaxy S6 Edge with a larger display. The new device will be called Galaxy S6 Plus and it will have a 5.5 inch screen similar as iPhone 6 Plus.

The report was first published on Italian gadget website HDBlog, which claims to have spoken with reliable sources.

Internally within Samsung, the phone is called Project Zero 2. Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge project was called Project Zero within Samsung.

We believe the rumor has some substance as Samsung is trying to give more competition to Apple in high-end market. Apple iPhone 6 Plus did a lot of damage to Samsung’s phablet market share last year.

Other than larger display we hope that the new phone will have similar specification as the Galaxy S6 Edge. The design of the phone will also be comparable with S6 Edge with curved display.

    What’s this bogus hyperbole about giving Samsung Galaxy Note series and King of Phablets Note 4 any competition? lol…. Don’t you people realize that S series and Note Series are distinctly different platforms with their own sales numbers. Fact is Note 4 topped every Note model in sales that came before it.

    FACT….. Note is a 4yr veteran of the Phablet Wars… they started and CrApple is a complete noob still wet behind their iBendOver EasyGate Ears. They had to combine all sales of both iPhone 6 and 6+ to even come close to beating out all Samsung’s standard smartphone sales alone. Which last year set an industry record in a bad year of 319 Million vs all iPhone Models iPhone 6+ included… of only 174 Million sold.

    Again almost a 2 to 1 sales ratio in Apple’s best quarter ever. Notice that didn’t last long and now we’re heading into CrApple’s notoriously slim pickings season of less and less sales. Because they don’t have two Premium Phone Lines to spread sales out over the year! ;-P ……..results don’t lie. Samsung is still the #1 Smartphone Maker on the Entire Planet a land slide. They smoked Apple in their best year…… now it’s time to prove iPhone 6+ isn’t even close to an Galaxy Note 1…. let alone Note 4 or 5. By offering a smartphone that can’t can still smack their Note 1.5 up side it’s S-pen less arse!!! 😀
