The Galaxy S6 Active has been listed on Samsung’s website even though there has been no official statement from AT&T or Samsung. Just last night more pictures of the Galaxy S6 Active were available on the web and this time it was the courtesy of Samsung’s website. Finally we have all the specifications about the device and its user manuals.
Coming to the specifications of the smartphone the Galaxy S6 Active will be featuring the GS6 Active features, a 5.1 inch Super AMOLED QHD display along with an Exynos octa-core processor. Apart from this the device will also have a 32GB of onboard memory and a non-removable 2550 mAh battery under its hood. Samsung has also equipped the phone with a 16MP rear camera and will run Android 5.0+ Lollipop.
Moreover the device will also be sporting an Activity Zone app which is capable of relaying Barometer, Compass, Weather and S Health information. All this has been made easily accessible through a dedicated button in the top left hand corner of the device. Plus the phone is waterproof and that is what has made everyone wait so anxiously for the device. As there is now word from Samsung or AT&T we cannot tell when this device will be launched.
