Samsung is updating many devices to Android Lollipop, including many phones, which are more than 2 years old. While other smartphone companies provided an official list of phones for Lollipop update, Samsung did not provide such a list. So it is always hard to predict which phone will get the latest Android cookie and which will be left out.
Galaxy Ace 4, which was released last year with Android 4.4 is now almost confirmed to get Android Lollipop update. This information came directly from Samsung’s support department, so we think this is quite accurate.
Though the support guy confirmed that Samsung will update Galaxy Ace 4, but he was unable to provide any specific time frame.
