Samsung is officially pushing Android 5.0 Lollipop to most of its flagships including the Galaxy Note 4. But if you are a fan of custom ROMs, then this is a great piece of news for you.
One of the most popular custom Android ROM team CyanogenMod just released the CM12 version of their ROM for Galaxy Note 4. This is based on Android 5.0 Lollipop and all the fancy CyanogenMod features are included.
The only issue is, the ROM is only available for the European version of Galaxy Note 4. Make sure that you have a correct version of Galaxy Note 4 by going to Settings > About Phone. It should show the phone model number as N910F.
CyanogenMod removed most of the bloatware from Samsung’s official firmware, including TouchWiz and tried to squeeze out the performance of your device by bringing innovative features.
