In the past years, Samsung has integrated many health monitoring systems in its everyday devices. The best example of this was seen last year in Samsung’s flagship phone Galaxy S5. The Galaxy S5 had and inbuilt heart rate monitor that the user can use to measure his heartrate anywhere. Apart from that, if we see Samsung smart watches from the gear series, all of them have some sort of health monitoring features such as heart rate monitor or UV sensor built into them. All these functions were highly anticipated by the public.

This year round, there is news about a headset that Samsung is developing. This headset will be capable of detecting a stroke. It will detect a stroke and then report as soon as possible so that any dangerous circumstances could be avoided.

The headset will monitor brain’s activity with a set of sensors developed by Samsung’s creativity department. These sensors are named as EDSAP (Early Detection Sensor & Algorithm Package), these sensors have been long used in hospitals but now they will be available to use anywhere. Plus these sensors are ten times faster in showing results than the previous ones. These headsets will be connected to smartphones to show the result whenever you want.
