Samsung is working on a special edition of s6 edge+ that will be a tribute to the ant-man movie. For this purpose, Samsung and marvel studios are collaborating to release the finest ant-man product possible. But unlike the iron man edition, this time the elder sibling, s6edge+, is getting the ant man treatment. Reports claim that this ant-man edition will be available soon in very limited quantities.
Samsung and marvel teamed up earlier for the iron man edition of the galaxy s6 edge. Only 1000 units have been manufactured and sold for nearly $1100. The specs were similar to the normal s6 edge but the exterior shell had been modified to resemble the iron armor of tony stark. The red and gold hints were superb. The software side had also been tweaked to get the feel like the phone might belonged to iron man. Customs sounds and wallpapers had made the phone even more special.
Iron man edition had a special wireless charger, and similar to that, the ant man edition will have a special wireless charger with black and red hints. The phone will have the ant-man helmet on the back.
Reports also claim that the phone is already into production and is awaiting introduction on the eve of ant-man movie collecting $500 million worldwide.
