There is a new rumor that has been circulating on the Internet about Samsung and according to the rumor Samsung is currently developing Android 5.1 for the Galaxy Note 4.
Moreover the rumor also states that Samsung is also working on bringing the newer version of TouchWiz that debuted on the Galaxy S6 to its current phablet flagship.
Well the rumor has been circulated by none other than YouMobile which is a site that frequently uses SamMobile’s firmware files and then goes about making its own stories which have always been false.
So according to insiders it is confirmed that this rumor is completely baseless. So this means that Samsung is not working on Android 5.1 for any of its devices at the moment, let alone the Galaxy Note 4.
Moreover there is no confirmation whether the company is bringing the latest version of its UX to the Galaxy Note 4 with Android 5.1. So this means that the Galaxy Note 4 will be staying on Android 5.0x for the foreseeable future.
Well keeping aside the rumors and their authenticity, what actually Samsung is doing right now is that the company has all its focus on bringing Android 5.0 to the Galaxy A lineup.
However there is no specific time frame for when this update will be experienced by the users.
