Earlier we heard that Samsung is trying to change its strategy and limiting its portfolio to lower number of devices. But it looks like Samsung is not done with old plans of releasing thousands of devices, all with Android OS.
Yesterday we reported that Samsung will release a low end Samsung J1 Android smartphone in Russia and today there is a new report, which says Samsung released a new mid-range Android phone, Galaxy Grand Neo Plus in India.
This is just another phone in the Galaxy Grand series of devices. The phone features a 5-inch WVGA display, 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, 1 GB RAM, 8 GB internal storage, 5 mega-pixel rear camera and 2 mega-pixel front camera. The phone will support microSD slot supporting 64 GB.
On the connectivity front Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo Plus has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and 3G. The phone runs Android 4.4.4 KitKat and other Samsung smart features like Ultra Power Saving Mode, Easy Mode, smart Selfie and Palm Selfie are supported.
