A one square kilometer technology town in the northern province of Bac Ninh, Vietnam is completely owned by Samsung. It has a population of more than 38,000 and everyone works for Samsung here.

Mostly under-21 of age, of which majority are women works for as little as $140 per month. Every worker in Samsung Vietnam must go through a six-day, four-night training session and perform normal physical exercises before starting to work.

The town consumes six tons of rice, five tons of meat, and ten tons of watermelon every day. Samsung employs 736 staff to work in the canteens at Samsung Bac Ninh. Apart from that 200 buses are used to transport the workers from their homes to the factory.

As this facility in Vietnam is the is one of the first factories in the world to produce the latest products of Samsung, only after Samsung South Korea, it is strictly prohibited by employees to disclose anything about new products.
