Even in the world of tablets Samsung are not total strangers. It has been quite some time since their last premium-grade tablet on the market. Back in October 2015, there were many reviews about the Galaxy Tab S2 8.0 and since then nothing was found new on the market. That is why, the Galaxy Tab S3 is here to change all of that. The tablet is featuring a certain size and it also adds a brand new built that we’ve never seen it before. With a fully glass build with a metal frame, the Galaxy Tab S3 is a beauty to watch. There is also a hands-on video that was made at the MWC this year which shows us this amazing tablet. You can watch it below.
Let’s look up at the tablets specification for a bit. The Galaxy Tab S3 features a 9.7-inch Super AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels. It also has a HDR technology for the best in picture quality. For the audio, there is a built quad speaker setup, with one speaker being on each of the corners of the device. They have power of 0.64 Watt and are tuned by AKG. They also have a feature to automatically rotate their orientation based on how the user is holding the tablet.
Maybe the biggest feature about the device, the inclusion of the S-Pen which is a little different from the past devices. Since this tablet has a thin body, it wouldn’t look very good if it has pen inside. It would simply make the device uncomfortable to be hold. Samsung also made the S-Pen significantly larger packing the 0.7mm rubber tip and 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity. We have previously seen this feature in the Galaxy Note 7. The Tab S3 will also have a folio keyboard case, which can be also seen in the video we promised below.
