WhatsApp, the most popular instant messenger in the world has officially added the ability to send messages from your pc for the iPhone.

When you can send the message from your phone, why do you need a pc you might ask?

Well for starters, sending messages from the pc is more convenient than typing on a small screened phone. Second is that when you are working on a project on your computer, you can instantly send messages without the disturbance of your phone.

But not everything is a cake walk. You can send the messages from the web as long as your phone is connected to the internet and once your phone is disconnected, your pc loses the ability. To send a message using your pc follow the steps

  • Step one: log onto your pc and launch the WhatsApp web page, a QR code is displayed.
  • Step two: scan the QR code from the WhatsApp app using the WhatsApp web option.
  • Step three: you pc screen will now display all your conversations, remember to keep your phone connected to the internet.

The WhatsApp web has been available for quiet sometime now for the android but the iPhone version has been recently launched. I thought it might be good to post about it in case some reader doesn’t know.

In case you don’t want to connect your phone to the web and use WhatsApp exclusive on the pc, blue stack might be a better option. If you don’t know about it, try googling about WhatsApp on blue stack.
