The phones in the galaxy A-series house some of the best design features from Samsung. Last week, sammobile has reported that they have inside information about the rumoured galaxy A9 pro which was still in the development stage.
Now more news popped up confirming the existence of such a handset. The galaxy A9 pro has a codename SM-A9100 associated with it and this device appeared in the import/export tracking Indian website called as zauba.
The handset has been brought into the Indian shores for testing and development purposes. Samsung has a strong research and development resources in India. zauba did not reveal much about the device but that did not stop us from having some wild speculation.
The regular galaxy A9 features a full HD 6 inch super AMOLED display with a snapdragon 625. 3 GB of ram and 32 GB of internal memory is available. the battery capacity was absolutely massive at 4000 Mah. The galaxy A9 is a fairly powerful phone. Since Samsung has attached the “pro” tag, we have reason to believe that the internals will be upgraded to make it more powerful but not as powerful as the galaxy s7.
We would love to see a QHD screen that stands at 6 inches. Samsung usually makes beautiful displays and this one won’t be any different. 4 GB of ram and 32 GB of memory would be very good for the galaxy A9 pro. The main difficulty for the rumour makers is to predict the processor that run the A9 pro.
Putting in the snapdragon 820 would definitely cannibalize the sale of the upcoming galaxy s7 and the note 6. So Samsung has to stick to a version of exynos processor that sits between the snapdragon 625 and 820. My guess would be the Exynos 7420. This one ran the note 5 and the galaxy s6.
Some of the other speculation indicated that the handset has been developed exclusive for the Chinese consumers and would also come in windows 10 flavour. we will be updating you with any new details that comes out of Samsung land.
