In recent past Samsung filed trademark names of many smartphones, including Galaxy A6, A8 and A9. To continue that trend, Samsung again filed few new Galaxy trademark applications for Galaxy H1 and Galaxy H7 at the Korean Intellectual Property Office in South Korea.
There is no information at this moment, whether these new trademarks will be used for actual commercial products. But if they will be used in the future, these will be Android-powered devices, as the Galaxy line is exclusively for Android eco-system.
From last few months Samsung is bringing whole new series of devices to the market. While Galaxy A series (Galaxy A3, A5 and A7) are Samsung’s effort to bring in premium metallic design to mid and budget- range smartphones, Samsung also introduces Galaxy E series (Galaxy E5 and Galaxy E7) and Galaxy J series of smartphones.
