Last year, Samsung announced that they are working on a new high-end flip phone for China markets. After that, they also released the W2017 mobile phone in the country. Since then, nothing has been changed for them, until now. The company has plans to release the device in South Korea as well.
The release date will not be confirmed soon, as the officials from Samsung reported. But, they stay on the word that they will be releasing it soon.
Shorty about the device and its features, the W2017 features a 4.2-inches external and internal Full HD Super AMOLED display. From the inside, it is powered up with Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor with 4GB of RAM, alongside with 64GB of internal storage. There is also a microSD card support. From the cameras, the device features a 12-megapixel rear camera with f/1.9 aperture. It has a power to record videos in 4k resolution. the front facing selfie-shooter cameras features 5-megapixels.
The phone weighs 208g, and it is covered all with metal body and packs. It has a 2 300 mAh battery power as well. It even has features like wireless charging, fingerprint sensors, Always On Display and Samsung’s Payment system.
The device as we said is already available in China, and it is only a rumor for its release on South Korea. So, we will stay tuned and follow every news about this device.
