There were some baseless reports from Korean media that Samsung Galaxy Gear is a big flop and the company only managed to sell 50,000 of these companion devices. But now Samsung came clean on the sell of Galaxy Gear and according to official words Samsung sold 800,000 Galaxy Gear smartwatches till now. Which is not that bad after all.
Samsung is working hard on Galaxy Gear compatibility and other performance issues and with every passing days more and more Galaxy devices are updated to support Galaxy Gear.
