Samsung is planning to update Galaxy S4 (GT-I9500) and Galaxy Note 3 (SM-N900) in January 2014 according to a leaked document. The authenticity of this document is still hard to determine but surely that make sense as Google already released KitKat to Nexus devices.
The leaked Samsung document also reveals that Galaxy S3 and Note 2 with model numbers GT-I9300 and SM-N7100 will also be upgraded to Android KitKat sometime in March to April 2014 time frame. Which is definitely a good news.
Android KitKat may bring a new TouchWiz interface to all these devices. Samsung will definitely come with an official announcement of this upgrade.
