The Galaxy Note 8 is in its way already, and it has already been shipped to some of its users. While all the rumors have finished about the Note 8, now they have turned their side on the Samsung’s foldable phone manufacturing. At an event in Seoul, DJ Koh revealed that he would be glad if the company has a foldable device in their portfolio. Also, it should arrive as soon as 2018, but it’s not confirmed yet.
Nothing has been ever confirmed by Samsung for a foldable device production. DJ Koh has neither revealed whether a brand new device will be created, or some of the Galaxy devices will get the phone.
During that press-conference in Seoul, Koh revealed some of the details about the Note 8’s selling. He said that 650 000 phones were pre-ordered in the first five days of their pre-order campaign. This means that the Note 8 is on its way to double up the numbers of the Galaxy Note 7.
According to Koh, the device has been ordered in more than 40 markets worldwide. The phone’s price was different for all of the markets, having price variation between $930 and $999, for a 64GB Note 8 variation.
