Samsung has never been a fan of Android Wear. But they were the first company to launch their wearable device alongside LG.
Samsung realizes the importance of staying ahead of the game. The name of the Samsung watch was Gear Live. It was a rehashed Gear that cut down some features.
The Gear Live device was never popular amongst the users. Samsung also didn’t bother to put money into the Gear Live advertisements.
Now this device has been discontinued by Samsung. Just after a year after its launch, the device is no longer available.
It has been taken down from the Google Play Store so that you can’t buy it from the store. If you still want the device, you can go to Amazon and purchase it. Once the current stock runs out, it won’t go on sale.
Samsung is making a new gear device called the Gear A. this will be Samsung’s first round smartwatch.
