The past period was full of Galaxy S8 rumors. There were claims that there will be two devices, one with 5.7” and a 6.2” model. Next up were the leaks for the new button for the AI assistant, Bixby and the first time in the company history, they will place the fingerprint on the back.
Now, in the latest leak we can see a couple of official Samsung-made cases for the devices. It pretty much confirms all past rumors. The cases have a rather big cutout on the back for the camera and flash assembly, and a separate opening for the fingerprint scanner.
It also confirms the two sizes of the phone. The regular 5.7-inch and the 6.2-inch Galaxy S8 Plus. On the left side, there is a large cutout for the volume rocker and the power key. This confirms that the power button was moved on the other side to make room for the Bixby button on the right side.
The cases themselves are with slick black matte finish and are made from strong polycarbonate. It will surely protect whatever is inside.
