The device’s specs have been surfaced again of the upcoming Galaxy Note 8. This new rumor is coming from Weibo, a Chinese social network which has been provided by a China-based leakster. Also, the leak suggests that the Note 8 will feature a 6.3-inch display with a 2960 x 1440 resolution. This was also leaked in previous rumors, with also having an 18.5:9 aspect ratio on the screen.
From the other specs, the Note 8 could feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835, which should be a 64-bit octa-core SoC. As probably the biggest rumor, is that the Note 8 will have 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Besides that, a 3300 mAh battery could be powering up the device, which will also be non-removable. So much from the specs though, we have not heard any new, but, there is also a suggestion about the price of the device. If the rumor is to be believed, the Note 8 will cost $999, though it is still unclear at which price it will cost in China, or at some other global markets. The phone might be more affordable in some other markets, and the price might have its own variations.
The Galaxy Note 8 will look most certainly like the Galaxy S8 lineup smartphones. The device is also said to be coming with the Android 7.1.1 Nougat, which will also bring to you a custom UI design. The most rumored feature, the dual-camera setup on the back will be on the package coming up, which will probably have either 12-megapixel or 13-megapixel camera setup. The device is also scheduled to be unveiled on August 23rd this year, on an event in New York City.
