There is no way to get a 2 year contract or something similar. You have to buy the phone upfront which will cost you a lot of money.
Samsung Galaxy Note 4 developer edition phone has the same specification, as well as look and feel that of a regular Galaxy Note 4, only with one difference. The phone has an unlocked bootloader. This will only interest you if you are a developer or work to mod the phone.
