It seems that from now on we are going to be experiencing a lot of curved displays in the future from Samsung. Samsung had started this trend with the Galaxy Note Edge back in September of 2014. Now this year Samsung released another curved display phone, the Galaxy S6 Edge which proved that Samsung has hit the target with these curved displays.

According to reports the Galaxy S6 Edge has been getting unexpected consumer demand which has forced Samsung to speed up the curved display yield for the S6 Edge. Now Samsung will be able to produce up to 10 million Galaxy S6 Edge handsets every month compared to the 3 million units per month currently.

Samsung Display is the branch responsible for producing these curved Edge displays and it has been successful in increasing the production capacity by such a large margin due to a new manufacturing technology which the company recently acquired.

Now some sources state that Samsung with this increased yield will provide the users with another curved display device before the Galaxy Note 5 and the next Note Edge which arrive in September.

Do not get your hopes high about the new curved display device before the Galaxy Note 5 as there is no hard evidence but you know no one can be sure when it comes to Samsung.
